Yes! with Miles you can Schedule your ride before even arriving into RDU Airport.
Once you make a request and the Miles partner accepts the trip you will have the driver details. Driver, also will have your contact number where he/she will contact to coordinate at the time of pickup. If you have requested inside pickup either by the baggage area or outside customs please look for your name placard and proceed with your driver.
