What you Need to Drive with Miles

Drivers are required to maintain current and updated documents. Failure to update a required document(s) before the expiration date will result in temporary deactivation.

Driver Requirements

  • Must be 19 years old or above to drive with Miles (NYC only).
  • Have at least 1-year driving experience in US.
  • Must have an iPhone or Android phone.

  • Must meet your state vehicle age requirement.
  • Must have a 4 door vehicle.
  • Must be in good condition and no cosmetic damage.
  • Photo of vehicle from front with plate number.
