In accordance with New York State law, all trips begining and ending in NYS will incur a 3.00% surcharge for the Black Car Fund for all TLC drivers. There will be an additional surcharge on all trips beginning in Connecticut and ending in New York City. The booking fee will still apply to all vehicles and trips. Check or request a fare estimate through the Miles app.

Applicable tolls, surcharges, taxes and fees may also be added to your fare. Return tolls will be added to westbound trips through or across the Holland Tunnel, Lincoln Tunnel, George Washington Bridge, Goethals Bridge, and Outerbridge Crossing. A $22 surcharge, is added to the fare on all trips between Connecticut and New Jersey. There is a $1 surcharge on all trips beginning or ending at EWR Airport and ACY Atlantic City Airport.

If you believe your driver may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please have the driver end the trip immediately. After the driver has ended the trip, please report by emailing support@ridewithmiles.com, or by calling our customer support through Miles Rider app.
