Documents required

Fleet owners are required to maintain current and updated documents. Failing to update the required document(s) before the expiration date will result in temporary deactivation.

Driver Requirements

Must be 19 years old or above to drive with Miles (NYC only).
Have at least 1-year driving experience in US.
Must have an iPhone or Android phone.

Vehicle Requirements

Must meet your state vehicle age requirement.
Must have a 4 door vehicle.
Must be in good condition and no cosmetic damage.
Photo of vehicle from front with plate number.

Document Requirements

Provide proof of insurance
Provide vehicle registration
Provide vehicle inspection report (most states required)
Providing bio-metric report from local police department
