Before every ride, you have access to the driver's name, vehicle plate number, and photograph. You will also be able to call or text if needed.
Every ride is geo-tracked via GPS including all the information that is needed for you to share your location with your friends and family.
The in-app 911 option is available at the start of every trip. You can quickly contact available help if needs be.
At the end of each ride, drivers and riders have the option to rate each other. We take this information into account in order to take the necessary measures and ensure a better experience with Miles.
Customer support service is available to answer or address any concerns. In case of any emergency, please call 911 and then Miles support Line.
For the driver's safety, Riders need to create a profile with Miles before they can ask for a ride. Miles make sure you are safe.
